Paolo Moscuzza is a chartered psychologist and director of ER Consultants. He has worked on leadership development with lawyers in both the city and government. In 2008 Paolo was awarded management consultant of the year and featured in The Sunday Times. He is a visiting lecturer at Judge Business School (University of Cambridge).
