Details:	Paolo Moscuzza will discuss the role and development of leaders in law firms. He will explore the extent to which law firms are unique and the opportunities and challenges of developing partners. The session will be informative, interactive and offer practical tips. Paolo Moscuzza is a chartered psychologist and director of ER Consultants. He has worked on leadership development with lawyers in both the city and government. In 2008 Paolo was awarded management consultant of the year and featured in The Sunday Times. He is a visiting lecturer at Judge Business School (University of Cambridge).
