Our Events

HR in Law offers a variety of events to cater for a wide range of experience and interest.

Spotlight

Spotlights are usually of general interest, often with a strategic or philosophic angle.  There are four of these meetings a year which are held at the Law Society and are free to members.   A fee of £40 + VAT is payable from non members, per person.

Professional Briefings

Professional Briefings are held on a monthly basis and are short sessions - usually around an hour. They are intended to keep members up to date with current issues in HR practice and changes to employment legislation.

Workshops

Workshops are either half or full day events offering practical skills training at different levels.
