| Background experience Over five years in my present role prior to which I spent 2 years with an engineering/recruitment firm as the sole HR for 4 sites around the UK. I also spent almost twenty five years working in the personnel function within the Royal Air Force. Currently working towards gaining my full CIPD via the PAC route and a qualified French linguist. |

| Background experience Joined Laytons in 1999 as part of the Office Services Group working in general office and on reception. Subsquently moved into Accounts before taking over Facilities management for the office in 2007. This role continued to evolve and the all encompassing Office Practice Manager title was coined to reflect this. |
