Following various HR roles at professional services firms and OD roles at Cable & Wireless and Willis Group, Erika joined Radcliffes in 2002. With responsibilities including training and development, compensation and benefits and Management Board duties, her main areas of interest are OD, culture change and striving to import best practice from other industries into the legal sector. Erika is Vice Chair of HR in Law for London.

Main areas of HR interest:  Blurring the boundaries of 'HR' by collaborating with other department heads to resolve business issues. Employment law.

Pauline Caldwell

Areas of responsibility: Responsible for the HR Operations for the UK business including implementation of UK business initiatives, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits, payroll and secretarial. 


Participation in UK Board aspects as required and member of UK Operations Management team responsible for implementation of UK business initiatives. 


Background experience: Background in resourcing in the accountancy environment with Reed Accountancy for three years.  Obtained a generalist HR role with a Top 20 Chartered Accountancy firm Saffery Champness as Senior Manager for six years and then moved to BLG/Clyde & Co as the Head of HR for the past five years.


Main areas of HR interest: HR and Business Projects, UK Strategy, Employee Relations, Reward.
