Resourcing Manager in Dubai

Our client is a leading international law firm with an established presence in the Middle East.   As a result of continued growth and investment in the region they are now looking to appoint an experienced Resourcing Manager to join the HR team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Head of HR and supervising a Recruitment Assistant, the role assumes full responsibility for the strategic planning and delivery of the firm's regional resourcing plan for partners, lawyers and graduate trainees in conjunction with the practice heads and senior managment team.

Salary AED 350,000 + Benefits and relocation
