Interim HR Manager

Position available:       HR Manager (12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave)

Area:                            Bath

Job Description:           Delivery of HR advice, policies and procedures, supervision, coaching and development of the HR team.

Experience required:   Grad CIPD qualified, extensive knowledge of employment law, strategic approach to HR, provision of coaching and training

Skills required:             Good understanding of business, ability to build strong relationships, analysis and problem solving, challenging and influential

Salary:                           £30,000-£32,000 dependent on experience
