CIPD QUALIFICATION TRAINING

The City HR Academy has been launched to provide CIPD qualification training leading to the new CIPD qualification, which is Associate CIPD, within the City and Canary Wharf.

The first year achieved a 93% pass rate.   HR in Law members qualify for the same discount as City HR members.

The Programme incorporates modules on People Management and Development, Leadership and Management, Specialist and Generalist Personnel and Development and Applied Personnel and Development.

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT FOCUS GROUP

HR in Law is working with Portus Consulting and have produced a couple of Benefit Surveys over the last year.  We have a focus group who meet every quarter to decide what developments have been taking place and which areas need to be explored.   Please contact Bridget if you are interested in joining this focus group.

WINMARK ARE RUNNING A LEGAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

The Programme is divided into three streams addressing Financial, Behavioural and Strategic skills and consists of six half day learning modules, three leadership dinners, background reading and sharing of Winmark know-how.   The programme will start and finish with a personal one-to-one coaching session to set and measure objectives.   All HR in Law members will receive a 15% reduction on the fees.   For further information please contact Janet Baker
